We are a non for profit registered Community Interest Company, with a passion for supporting women, particularly women from ethnic minorities achieve success, and financial freedom through self development, entrepreneurship and discovery of their God given purpose based on their gifts and talents, and adopting the Christian principles of fellowship, stewardship, service, personal growth and prosperity.

We bridge the gap by offering targeted coaching, training, and mentoring grounded in Christian values—empowering individuals to embrace their purpose, recognize their self-worth, and thrive within a supportive community.

Our goal

Our objective as a CIC and a social enterprise is to empower 50+ women, particularly from ethnic minority backgrounds annually to explore and pursue entrepreneurship as a path to economic stability and independence. Provide faith-based coaching and personal development to help participants uncover their potential and align their business goals with their personal values and calling. Deliver practical training and resources that demystify business planning, financial management, and marketing for first-time entrepreneurs.  Where possible, and subject to funding, offer micro-grants or start-up funding for participants who complete the training programme and demonstrate both commitment and business viability. Build a sustainable support network where women can connect regularly, learn from one another, and continue growing through community engagement and peer mentoring and partnerships.
